Good location nearby malls and supermarkets, all included in the hotel, funny activities every day, big rooms in good conditions, the buffet was really good

Très bel hôtel propre avec tout ce dont on a besoin;air climatisé,Wi-Fi,lit de qualité king size,cuisinette avec frigo,balcon,2 piscines chauffées avec transat sur la plage,spa,beaucoup d'activités,fitness,idéal pour les familles.

We liked the access to busing and shopping. Maid service was very good.
We were not happy with the noise from neighbour property until 3 am most nights.
We asked several time for a safe in our room. We had the instruction on how to use the safe but there was not safe. They promised to come to our room, but every time they never showed up. They did send two pieces of cake to our room with a note “ sorry for the inconvience”. I guess thats how the problems are solved!!!

The pub here screwed up our order terribly burnt the food took 1 hour to get nachos and wings and way to over priced!!

Check-in took a very long time. The two jr. suites we had reserved were not available and what was offered initially was unsuitable for 2 families, one with a toddler. After looking at 2 more unsuitable options, 2 adjoining rooms were found. This worked out well for us but it took well over an hour to sort it out

I like the activity team.Leo training peddle on swimming pool. Ian and Tino help peddle and Kayak in ocean,have lots of fun. Very happy stay in the resort.
